This writ petition has been filed, seeking to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13.05.2022 in accordance with law and further to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instruction, submitted that the petitioner was arrested in Crime No.1 of 2022 on 30.08.2022 and remanded to judicial custody.
