Respondent, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the .. Respondent, not to interfere with the Petitioner's possession of the property in question and they shall not alienate the entire property.

2. Further, the 3rd Respondent herein is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as maintenance to the Petitioner on or before 10th of every month, commencing January 2022, as per the order dated .... passed by this Court.
