2. Heard Mr.J.Kumaran, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) for the petitioners.

3. This petition is allowed on condition that the petitioners pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as donation to the Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai, within a period of four weeks from today and on production of proof of such payment before the Registry, the delay of 297 days in re-presenting the case papers in Contempt Appeal No.SR 60773 of 2019 will stand automatically condoned.
