Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property situated at Nanjai survey No.214/4, Old patta No.864, New patta No.4378 at No.19 Pudupakkam Village, Thiruporur Village Panchayat, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District measuring to total extent of 0.42 cents pursuant to the petitioner's application dated 23.06.2015. 2. The petitioners claim to be the successor in interest of his father in respect of the property situated at Survey No.214/4, Old patta No.864, New patta No.4378 at No.19 Pudupakkam Village, Thiruporur Village Panchayat, Thiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District measuring to total extent of 0.42 cents and they applied to the second respondent praying to survey and demarcate the same and since, no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.D.Suryanarayanan, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for the third respondent.

4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioners and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioners, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2015, after putting on notice the persons concerned and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.
