This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 26.02.2019 made in I.A.No.75 of 2018 in O.S.No.1 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that now the ex parte decree has been set aside and hence, nothing survives in this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
