(Cr.No.1 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4953 of 2020 dated 04.03.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4953 of 2020 dated 04.03.2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been initially complying with the conditions regularly and due to Covid-19 he was unable to appear before the respondent and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that initially the petitioner has been complying with the the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4953 of 2020 dated 04.03.2020 is modified. However, the petitioner shall report before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent, on the first working day of every Month after lifting of lockdown, until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
