ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2074 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 that the petitioner Page No.1 of 4
shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2074 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 is relaxed.
