The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in C.C.No.92 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Ponneri, Tiruvallur District and transfer to a competent Sessions Court, Tiruvallur District, where the PRC No.13 of 2014 is going to be transferred for the purpose of joint trial.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that C.C.No.92 of 2014 is a counter case, therefore, it has to be transferred to the competent Sessions Court, where PRC No.13 of 2014 is going to be transferred.

3. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4. Considering the submissions on either side, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Ponneri, Tiruvallur District is directed to transfer C.C.No.92 of 2014 at the time of committing PRC No.13 of 2014 to the concerned Sessions Court for the purpose of joint trial.
