Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promoting them as Conservancy Inspector in the light of their representation dated 25.6.2015 and the proceedings of the Commissioner of Corporation Trichy in Na.Ka.C1(M)/10264/2014 (Centre) dated 28.8.2014 and as per
the provisions contained in Section 106(2) (C) of the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act 1981.

ORDER
In view of the narrow prayer made in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for promotion to the post of Conservancy Inspector made in the representation dated 25.6.2015, in the light of section 106(2)(C) of the Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
