O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7026 of 2020 to report before the Inspector of Police, CBI, ACB, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., every week for a period of three months.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying the conditional order till date and prays to relax the conditions.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in the earlier order the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. investigation is pending and the presence of the petitioner is very much required and the petitioner has to comply the earlier order till 22.09.2020, but he has approached this Court earlier. Hence, this petition is liable to be dismissed.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
