(Made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to call for the records and quash the order dated 24.03.2021 passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, in AIR 89 of 2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents furnished a copy of the final orders passed by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, on 28th June 2021 in AIR 89 of 2020.

In view of the fact that the final order has already been passed in the appeal, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in the present writ petition challenging the order dated 24.03.2021.

Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to redress his grievances in the manner known to law.

With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected W.M.P.No.12443 of 2022 is closed.
