Criminal Original Petition filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.01.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the total slae consideration agreed between the parties was Rs.1,70,00,000/- and the respondents have cheated the petitioner only to the tune of Rs.10,00,000/-. He further submitted that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and hence, the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.01.2015 has been closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and a copy of the Closure Report has been handed over to the petitioner in the open Court.
