Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.3054 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32278 of 2019 on 09.03.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3054 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32278 of 2019 dated 09.03.2020 to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been initially complying with the conditions regularly and due to Covid-19 he was unable to appear before the respondent and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that initially the petitioner has been complying with the the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3054 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.32278 of 2019 dated 09.03.2020 is relaxed. However, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner shall report before the respondent, on the first working day of every Month after lifting of lockdown until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
