: petitioner Orginal petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased prays that a Succession Certificate may be granted to the petitioner with power to collect the debts and to receive the interest specified in the schedule hereto. Original petition coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: The Petitioner seeks issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of his father Mr.Baliraj Yadav.

2. The Petitioner claims to be the only son of Mr.Baliraj yadav who died on 02.06.2016. The mother of the petitioner Mrs.Chhatho Devi pre-deceased her husband even on 25.08.2015. The petitioner has examined himself as PW1. He has produced the death certificates of this parents as EX.P1 and Ex.P2. The legal heirship certificate has been

produced as Ex.P3. The legal heirship certificate shows that the petitioner is the only legal heir of the deceased mr.Baliraj yadav.

3. considering the said evidence, this original Petition is allowed granting Succession Certificate in respect of the Securities mentioned in the Schedule to the petition in favour of the petitioner.
