Mr.P.Valliappan, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent who sought for an injunction restraining the petitioner from evicting him except under due process of law, had vacated the premises and handed over possession. Hence, nothing survives in this revision.
2. In view of the above, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
