Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to file a fresh Criminal Revision Petition.
