ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to proceed in accordance with law pursuant to the petitioners complaint/representation dated 16.11.2024 so as to recover the defrauded amount of the petitioner.

2. On perusal of the record, it revealed that the petitioner, who is a victim lodged a complaint before the jurisdictional police namely Cheyyar police. Based on which, FIR was registered in Crime No.613 of 2023 and subsequently, the same was transferred to 3rd respondent and it was re-registered in Crime No.01 of 2026 and now investigation is pending and so far there are 970 victims and now the entire investigation is about to be completed by identifying the properties of the petitioner and now the competent Government Authority also sent a proposal for attaching the said property.

3. In view of the above, 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

4. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
