Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the first respondent dated 14.6.2010 in G.O.Ms.No.130, Housing and Urban Development Department and quash the same only in so far as it relates to the petitioner and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith process the application of the petitioner dated 29.10.2013 and to grant planning permission and building permission to the petitioner.
