This petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Tittakudi to fix an early date to expedite the trial in CC.No.13 of 2009 on day to day basis.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that, this case is of the year 2009 and the prosecution has cited 22 witnesses in the final report.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case is posted to 07.10.2015, for examining LW16, LW18 and LW20.

5. Hence, the Trial Court is directed to expeditiously conduct the trial and complete the same, within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
