ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to issue direction to complete the trial in C.C.No.296/2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu as expeditious as possible. 2.The petitioner /defacto complaint lodged a complaint. Based on his complaint, a case has been registered and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.296 of 2023. The second respondent is the accused in the case. Though the second respondent is very much available in the said address, summons have not been served. Therefore, the case has been kept pending for three years for service of summons.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent is not residing in the given address and now CDR locations have been found out, summons have been served to the second respondent for his appearance before the trial Court on 01.06.2026 and police would ensure that the second respondent appears before the Court and participate in the trial and if he fails, coercive action to be taken.
