This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the second respondent to release the attachment in respect of petitioner property in Survey Nos.27/1A, 27/1B, 27/1C and 28/1A and as per Patta No.305, New Survey Nos.27/1A & 1B, 27/1B3, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
27/1C2 and 28/1A2 of Periapanichery Village, previously Sriperumbudur Taluk, now Alandur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.
2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. It is stated by the petitioner that the properties referred to in the writ petition are wrongly shown in the Encumbrance Register as if those properties are encumbered properties, whereas those properties are not at all encumbered through any proceedings. Therefore, the petitioner wants to make necessary correction in the Encumbrance Register. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioner already made representation before the second respondent on 02.04.2019.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the said representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.
5. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, however with a direction to the second respondent to pass orders on the said representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
