Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the Tender called pursuant to the notification vide No.2504/thuAa(Ka)/Auction/2017-18 dated 12.06.2017 based on the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), Solvency certificate, Bank Guarantee furnished by the petitioner in the year 2014-2015 as the license for the period 2014-15 was unutilized for non-supply of arrack by the respondents and in light of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP.No.16777 of 2015 dated 18.12.2015 and subject to the outcome of the order passed in W.A.No.79 of 2016.
