ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 9(C), 9(f), 9(1) r/w 10 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.07 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is a Physical Education Teacher working in the Government High School, Mitanoolahalli, Dharmapuri District. The defacto complainant is the Headmaster in the same school. It is alleged that the petitioner misbehaved with the students in the said school. Hence, the complaint.
3. Already the petitioner filed an anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.9367 of 2022 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner being a physical education teacher, misbehaved with the school children. The petitioner must be a role model to the students that too being a physical education teacher. Therefore, the petitioner have committed very serious and heinous offence as against the students.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is not yet completed and if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, there is a possibility that he will tamper the witnesses and hamper the investigation and hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case that the petitioner have committed very serious and heinous offence against the school children, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
