RESPONDENTS Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to condider the Applications made by the petitioner dated 29.11.2010 5.4.2011 5.4.2011 5.4.2011 and 11.7.2011 and dispose of the same by granting approval to the petitioner petitioner institution to run the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System Chemical Tanker Familarization Liquefied Gas Tanker Familarization Medical First Aid and Electro Technical Officers Courses.
