This Writ Petition is filed to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made representation before the respondents to transfer the patta for his property in Survey No.91/1C situated at Pulipatu Village, Gingee Taluk. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 5.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that, if an online application is given by the petitioner, the same will be considered by the fourth respondent within a reasonable time.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner shall submit an online application to the fourth respondent to transfer the patta in his name within a 3/6

period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such application being received, the fourth respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders on the same for transferring of patta in the name of the petitioner, within a period of two months thereafter. 7.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
