The petitioner is a Village Administrative Officer. According to the petitioner, he completed the Village Administrative training, but, he has not been provided with the training completion certificate and therefore, he seeks to issue a direction to the respondents to issue Village Administrative Training and Land Survey Exam Completion Certificate dated 31.7.2010 and thereby promote the petitioner as Assistant as per G.O.Ms.No.78 Revenue Department dated 16.2.2015 by considering his representation dated 3.3.2015.

2. In view of the narrow prayer made during the hearing of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation dated 3.3.2015 in the light of the facts stated above on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
