By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he made representation before the respondents to transfer the patta for his properties in Survey Nos.51/10A, 51/11A, 51/2 and 51/3 situated at Kallalipattu Village, Gingee Taluk. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits for transfer of patta in the name of the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
