ORDER

By an order dated 22.02.2024, the petitioner was imposed with a punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of two months with cumulative effect.

2. As per the Civil Supplies Corporation Service Regulations, the petitioner has filed an Appeal as against the said order before the Managing Director on 06.03.2024.

3. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 06.03.2024 expeditiously, in any event within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
