Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition directing the Petitioner to report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed in the order dated 23.07.2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 18546 of 2018 passed by this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PAUL EAINSTEIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18546 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order 1982 read with Section 7(i)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 in Crime No.210 of 2018, while granting bail to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court for the past 36 days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
