This application has been filed to order substituted service to the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the notice sent to the respondents returned with an endorsement "vacated" and hence, he seeks leave of this Court to effect service to the respondents through paper publication.

3. Being satisfied with the submission made by the applicant, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application.

4. Accordingly, this application is ordered as prayed for. The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to effect substituted service to the respondents, by way of Paper Publication in one issue of "Malai Murasu", returnable by 12.07.2024.

5. Post the matter on 12.07.2024.
