ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in respect of Crime No.4 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. 2.Taking into consideration the fact that FIR has been registered only on 02.02.2018, no direction can be issued to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner.

Hence, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
