Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2022 not to proceed with the plan of EB connection to the 2nd and 3rd respondents through property agricultural farm. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2022 not to proceed with the plan of EB connection to the 2nd and 3rd respondents through property agricultural farm.

2.No adverse orders are intended to be passed against any of the persons who have been impleaded as private respondents. 3.The petitioner claims that the land in question is in the name of the petitioner. However, EB connection has been granted to the second and third private respondents herein. It appears that there is a dispute between the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Be that as it may, I am inclined to dispose the writ petition without expressing any opinion on merits, by directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 12.04.2022 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after due notice to the second and third private respondents and any other persons who may be affected by such orders to be passed. This exercise shall be carried out by the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
