This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to delete/remove or suitably update all digital and physical records pertaining to the petitioner's name and database from the respondent's portal and other police records, based upon the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 05.03.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
