ORDER

This writ petition has been filed directing the third respondent to disburse the arrear amount on the basis of Notice bearing Na.Ka.No.50791/2018/H2 issued by the 1st respondent from the 25.06.2019 till the date of petitioner's termination from the employment by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2024.

2. When the matter was came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents would produce the order dated 25.04.2024, where under, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the request has been rejected. Therefore, the prayer in this writ petition no longer survives. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order, liberty is granted to agitate against the said order in the manner known to law.
