The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in compliance of the orders dated 08.06.2026 and 09.02.2026, the condition imposed in para 5(i) of the order dated 09.02.2026 has been complied with and an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- has been deposited before the Trial Court on 19.06.2026. He has also produced a photostat copy of the same before this Court.
