Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Fourth Respondent to measure the Petitioner's lands in all meausring 1204 sq.ft comprised in S.No.1148/3 and 1148/4 bearing plot No.9A, Vasudevan Thottam, Ponniamman Medu, Madhavaram situated at Village No.34, Madavaram Village within Saidapet Taluk within the Sub-Registration district of Sembium and within the registration of North Madras and demarcate the same and consequently lay boundary stones.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been preferred by the Petitioner to direct the Fourth Respondent to measure his lands within the Sub-Registration district of Sembium and within the Registration of North Madras and demarcate the same and consequently, lay boundary stones.

The Fourth Respondent has filed status report dated 25.07.2019, stating that the lands of the Petitioner have been surveyed on 25.07.2019 in the presence of the Petitioner and the Fifth Respondent, along with copy of the proceeding signed by those parties, which is recorded. Nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent events. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
