The petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate in respect of the securities held by Late Royce Massey, who died intestate on 10.09.2016.

2. The first petitioner is the wife and petitioners 2 and 3 are the children of the deceased. The mother of the deceased, Shyamala Massey also died intestate on 26.04.2017. The first petitioner has examined herself as P.W.1, she has produced the death certificate and legal heirship certificate of the deceased Royce Massey as Exs.P1 and P2. A perusal of the Ex.P2 reveals that the petitioners alone are the legal heirs of the deceased Royce Massey. Paper publication as required has been effected in "Makkal Kural" and no objections have been received.

3. Considering the above evidence, this application is allowed granting succession certificate in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition in favour of the 1st petitioner. 28.06.2019 kkn http://www.judis.nic.in
