ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to provide the salary to the petitioner from 01.12.2011, till the date of reporting duty,excluding for the month of June 2012 and for the days from 01.07.2012 till 21.07.2012 for which period only the salary was paid and by treating the period from 21.12.2011 till date as duty period, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up today, Mr.S.Neelakandan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the first part of the prayer has been complied with and the respondent joined duty and insofar as the latter part of the prayer is concerned, the request of the petitioner has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

rejected by the respondents, against which another writ petition has already been filed before this Court. Therefore he prays that this Court may permit the petitioner to pursue the remedy in the other writ petition.

3. In such view of the matter, recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this present petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed, and liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the other writ petition. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
