ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9377 of 2020 on 26.06.2020 to appear before the the Judicial Magistrate Court No.3, Vellore on all working days at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9377 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.9377 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9377 of 2020 dated 26.06.2020 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the responded police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
