ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.773 of 2019.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.773 of 2019, the respondent Police closed the case as Further Action Dropped on 29.09.2020.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no notice has been served to the petitioner with regard to the same.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent Police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. So that the petitioner can file a protest petition before the concerned Court, if he desires so.
