This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.29 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police on instructions would submit that in Crime No.29 of 2018, investigation has been completed, charge sheet has already been filed on 01.11.2022 before the Special Court for CCB/CBCID, Chennai and the same is not taken on file.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the quash petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
