Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the land by measuring the property with G-Lines and FLiens situated in Survey No.614/1C, measuring an extent of Hectare of 0.31.50 situated in Old Survey No.614 Bendarahalli-2 Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District with adequate police protection by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2025 in respect of application dated 15.02.2025 vide Application Reference No.2025/ 0123/31/008358 within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court. This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the subject property based on the online application submitted by the petitioner on 15.02.2025 and to demarcate the boundaries.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned 2/4

Government Advocate for the fourth respondent.

3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 19.03.2010, the settlement deed dated 11.03.2024 and patta No.1518 which stands in the name of the Trust. The petitioner submitted the online application on 15.02.2025 seeking for survey of the subject property. Since the same was not acted upon, a representation was given on 26.02.025 but the same did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 15.02.2025 and to conduct survey in the subject property based on the title documents and the patta that stands in the name of the Trust. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
