Mrs.M.E.Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is a retired Block Medical Officer at Sarkar Samakulam Government Primary Health Centre, Coimbatore. She retired from service on 31.08.2014 on attaining the age of superannuation. But till date, some of the terminal benefits, namely, General https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Provident Fund, Special Provident Fund and Encashment of Earned Leave/Private Affairs at her credit as on 31.08.2014, are not settled to the petitioner. Hence, she is before this Court.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the narrow prayer of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to settle the General Provident Fund, contribution of the petitioner to Special Provident Fund and Earned Leave Encashment benefits to her, if not already paid, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
