2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition as another writ petition has been filed seeking to assail the disqualification on account of non-clearing the Physical Endurance Test. Endorsement has been made.
3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
