It is submitted that the main suit itself was disposed of and appeal has also been preferred as against the same. 3.

Therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
