This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned Special Sessions Court for Exclusive Trail of Bomb Blast Cases, Poondamalli to mark the available Form 91 and 451 Cr.P.C petitions at the time of taking evidence instead of marking the disputed properties.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted because no such direction can be issued by this Court to the trial Court as prayed for by the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to file an application before the trial Court citing the correct provisions of Law.
