ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings in Sp.CC.No.6/2016 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Special Judge, Chengalpattu.
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he would seek that a direction may be issued to the learned Trial Judge, to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.
Heard the submissions of Mr.K.Prabakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent who has furnished the certified copy of the order of this Court made in Crl.RC.No.204/2019 dated 06.02.2019.

A perusal of the order dated 06.02.2019 made in Crl.RC.No.204/2019 would reveal that this Court, while dismissing the criminal revision filed by the petitioner earlier, had directed the learned Trial Judge to complete the trial within a period of six months from 11.03.2019. Hence, the learned Trial Judge, shall take steps to comply with the earlier order dated 06.02.2019 made in Crl.RC.No.204/2019. With the above direction, the criminal original petition stands closed.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
