Crl.OP.Nos.12419 & 12899 of 2020 Crl.OP.Nos.12419 & 12899 of 2020 N.SESHASAYEE, J., The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in the opening paragraph of the order dated 06.10.2021 in Crl.OP.Nos.12419 & 12899 of 2020, while listing the various sections of IPC., under which the case has been registered, Section 469 IPC is omitted.

2. The Court perused the records and is satisfied that there is an inadvertent omission to the same. It is now corrected. Accordingly, in the opening paragraph, in line No.4, after Section 466, Section 469 is directed to be inserted.

3. Registry is required to carry out the necessary correction in the order and issue a fresh copy to the learned counsel for the petitioners free of charge. The petitioners are also directed to comply with the condition stipulated in the order, within a period of 15 days after the receipt of the corrected copy of the order.
