This revision challenges the order passed by the Family Judge, Coimbatore, dated 07.09.2009 made in M.C.No.47 of 2008.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and there is no representation for the respondent.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a daily workman and as such, would find it difficult to comply with the order under challenge. The amount ordered towards maintenance is a sum of Rs.1000/- per month. The said sum is a most meagre one and the same is made payable to the wife.
4. This revision shall stand dismissed. The petitioner shall effect compliance with the order of the Court below from 01.02.2016. The payment of maintenance shall be made on or https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
before 5th of every succeeding English Calender month. As regards the arrears upto 31.01.2016, the petitioner is permitted 6 months time to effect payment thereof.
