(CRIME NO.208/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of directing the petitioner to report to the Inspector of Police Chengalpattu Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in the order dated 19/04/2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.8749 of 2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.DAMODARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8749 of 2022 on 19.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
